TRUST CONTROL conducts its work honestly and does not tolerate any deviation from its approved methods and procedures. TRUST CONTROL ensures that tolerances are not abused to alter actual test results.
TRUST CONTROL is committed to reporting data, test results and other material facts in good faith and will not change them incorrectly, and only reports and certificates will be issued that correctly present actual results, professional opinions or results obtained.
2. Conflict of Interest
TRUST CONTROL avoids conflicts of interest with any client or related entity in which it has a financial or commercial interest, and which is required to provide services.
TRUST CONTROL ensures that its employees avoid conflicts of interest with the activities of the organization. Additionally, anyone employed by our clients or related entities that we provide services to will not be included on our employee list.
3. Confidentiality and Data Protection
TRUST CONTROL handles all information received during the performance of its services as confidential to the extent that such information is not public.
4. Anti-bribery
TRUST CONTROL does not allow the offer or acceptance of a bribe in any form, including bribes in any part of the payment of a contract.
TRUST CONTROL prohibits any acceptance of financial or non-financial payments as a means of guaranteeing or expediting the execution of a routine action as a means of receiving our certificate or inspection report.
TRUST CONTROL prohibits the use of other routes or channels for the provision of improper benefits or receiving improper benefits from customers, agents, contractors, suppliers or employees of any such party or government officials.
5. Fair Business Conduct

6. Health and Safety
TRUST CONTROL implements appropriate training and procedures to protect the health and safety of employees, customers, and third parties and must monitor incidents to minimize risks in the course of business operations.
7. Fair Labor
TRUST CONTROL is aware of its social responsibility with its employees and the people, communities and environments in which it works, respects human rights and has a zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment in the workplace.
TRUST CONTROL is committed to complying with applicable laws on minimum wage and working time, respecting equal employment opportunities, strictly prohibiting the use of child labor and all forms of forced labor.
